EW has revealed this stunning new book cover for New Moon to be released by Little, Brown in coordination with the movie later this year. It’s a bit different–and better, I’d say–then the one we saw earlier.
Here is a brand new version of the New Moon poster graphic that will be used for the cover of the New Moon paperback that will be released to coincide with the movie.

A talented reader, Toya, has made this wallpaper based on the official New Moon wallpaper. It has a cool distressed/grunge feel to it.

E has answered a popular question around these parts–will it be possible to get tickets to the New Moon premiere? Probably not, The Answer B! responds–
“The more high-profile the movie, the harder it would be for the general public—and less than A-list stars—to get tickets,” says publicist and former Sony publicity associate Marc Kruskol. “There are rows set aside for the stars, the filmmakers and their guests. Studio bigwigs usually have reserved seats as well. Other invited guests include agents and other industry-related folks.”

Here’s the very first picture of the upcoming Official New Moon Calendar, including a never-before seen arrangement of the three main characters that is similar to the official New Moon poster, but the characters are arranged differently.
In this new imagery from New Moon, Taylor Lautner as Jacob Black is in the center looking straight at the camera and Kristen Stewart as Bella Swan and Robert Pattinson as Edward Cullen are looking to the side behind him.
The calendar is set to be released later this year in September or October.

There’s a new article about New Moon in Life & Style Magazine, and though it has all the typical gossipy stuff, all you need to know is that there is a gorgeous new picture of New Moon’s wolfman Alex Meraz, who is set to star as Paul.
Those abs are defintely not painted on!

New Moon wolfman Taylor Lautner was at the Stanley Cup Finals in Detroit last night, howlin’ it up and enjoying the game to see the Detroit Red Wings lose to the Pittsburgh Penguins for the championship.

A fan asked the “Oracle” at the official Coldplay site whether “The Scientist” by Coldplay would be featured on New Moon, as indicated in Stephenie Meyer’s New Moon soundtrack playlist. Though the official “Oracle” didn’t commit to that specific song, it did note today that–
It’s very likely that a Coldplay song will end up on the soundtrack to the Twilight sequel given that Stephenie Meyer has credited Coldplay, amongst others, on the inner sleeve for “being instrumental in staving off the writer’s block”.
